What have you done lately?
Another Feature Film and a TV show
In August just coming back from vacation I booked a supporting role in a Feature Film called "Devilreux". It's a scary one!!!!!
Then I got to shoot a TV show in beautiful Lake Arrowhead. Not allowed to talk about it yet but will let you know what it's called when I can.
2 Feature Films
This year started out with me booking 2 feature films that I shot back to back. I got to play a lead role as a doctor in "Aquarium of the Dead" and a Real Estate Agent in a supporting role in the other. (Can't tell the name of it just yet)
Commercial Shoot
I booked a commercial off a self tape and shot my first thing in person after Covid. I was a bit nervous at first but was happy to see how they had everyone wear a mask, stay apart etc. on set. As actors we only took our masks off when we were shooting.
Voice Over Studio
I've been busy setting up my home recording studio during quarantine. I was contacted inquiring if I was interested in dubbing cartoons to Swedish, of course I am! So we built a simple voice over booth and bought a good mic. Now I am all set up and excited to start dubbing! I've already recorded a voice over job I booked, all in my new little recording space.
Commercial Shoot at Home
A friend contacted me to see if me and my German Shepherd girl Teddy was interested in being part of a promo for dog supplements. Teddy loves the camera so we decided to jump onboard. It was great because we didn't even have to leave our house. We shot everything here and sent the footage to the director. Fun and easy.
PSA
2nd shoot on set after Covid. This time The Production sent a nurse to my house to get tested. My test and everyone who ended up working on the shoot tested Negative. This I also booked of a self tape, I think I've gotten pretty good at those lately. The hardest part is usually convincing my hubby or daughter to read lines with me! :)
